Review by hotel critic
I recently enjoyed a stay at a unique accommodation in Poland that strikes a refreshing balance between luxury and value. Situated just a five-minute stroll from the Market Square, this hotel is more of a bar and restaurant with rooms upstairs, which adds a relaxed and unpretentious vibe. The warm street-front room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring comfortable bedding and an abundance of towels and lovely toiletries. The breakfast was clearly a highlight, freshly prepared rather than the typical lukewarm buffet. Though we only dined at the hotel for breakfast, the quality was certainly worth it. The friendly staff were a standout, even while managing their busy environment. With limited street parking available for unloading your luggage and off-site parking just a short walk away, this hotel caters well to travelers. Some nearby boarded-up buildings might seem uninviting, but the location and attentive service make it a wise choice for a city break, especially for history buffs keen on exploring nearby cultural sites.
